The Lebanon Volunteer Rescue Department is led into action by Chief Samantha J. Cole, EMT-P. Lebanon Rescue has been providing the highest quality emergency medical services since 1981. Lebanon is located in beautiful Southern Maine and is home to many family recreational facilities including Campgrounds, Lakes and Sky Dive New England. We also have Carl Broggi Highway, U.S. Route 202/11 that runs for several miles through Lebanon.
The Lebanon Rescue Department is the Municipal Ambulance Service for the Town of Lebanon, Maine. Besides providing Emergency Medical Services and Ambulance Services, we provide Rescue Services for the Community As Well.

In 2002, The Town of Lebanon started a municipal ambulance service. Chief Samantha Cole was the first chief under this new municipal service. We have progressed from just a few members to about 50 members today, operating two ambulances and a command/first response vehicle.
