The Lebanon Volunteer Rescue Department relies heavily on donations and funds received during our annual Ambulance Subscription Drive. The department uses the donations to purchase new equipment, apparatus and repairs to the station. We need your help! Your donation would be tax deductible - consult your tax accountant for more information!
2008-2009 Annual Subscription Program
The Lebanon Rescue Department is conducting their annual ambulance subscription program for residents and businesses.
The annual ambulance subscription money raised is used to purchase capital improvement items, like new medical equipment that enhances the rescue services offered to the community, facility upgrades and assists in paying for the apparatus.
By subscribing to the program, if residents have to utilize Lebanon Ambulances, they will not be responsible for insurance co-payments, deductibles or other fees for ambulance service. If you have no insurance, you are not responsible for the ambulance ride when using either of Lebanon's ambulances.
The cost for the annual subscription is the same as the past several years, $30 per family, $25 for single adult, $25 for senior couple (at least one member over 65), $20 for single senior or $50 per business. A business subscription covers all employees, customers, vendors and the family of the owner.
Last year, over 800 residents joined the program. Each Lebanon resident should have received their annual subscription form with the rescue chief's annual report in the mail. Applications can also be picked up at the Lebanon Town Office, or by calling Chief Samantha Cole at 457-9269. You can also click here to send an email to Chief Cole.
